2. What data do we process?
- Contact & booking forms. When you use a form we process the details you entered (name, email, organisation, message and the other fields shown on the form) solely to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Newsletter (when activated). Email address and consent records only. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), revocable at any time via the unsubscribe link.
- Server logs. Our host may briefly log technical request data (IP address, timestamp, requested page) for security and abuse protection. [ADD HOST & RETENTION PERIOD]
- No tracking by default. This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no third-party trackers. If privacy- friendly analytics are activated later, this policy will be updated first.
- Embedded media. Video on this site is hosted on our own infrastructure and only loads when you press play. If third-party embeds (YouTube, Instagram, Spotify…) are added later, they will be loaded only after your activation, and this policy will state which providers set which cookies.
3. Form handling
Forms are processed by an external form handler ([ADD PROVIDER — e.g. Formspree / Netlify / Cloudflare]) which temporarily processes the submitted data to deliver it to our mailbox. We do not use form data for marketing, and we do not sell it.
4. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete and restrict processing of your data, the right to data portability and the right to object. You can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels). To exercise your rights, contact [ADD PRIVACY EMAIL].
5. Retention
Form enquiries are kept no longer than necessary to handle the request [ADD PERIOD — e.g. 12 months].
6. Changes
This policy may be updated when the website changes. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
